Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ourlyric.com and the custom songs we create (the "Service"). The Service is operated by 66.586.328 JOAO CLAUDIO DE FIGUEIREDO SALOMON ABI FAKREDIN, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil ("OurLyric", "we", "us"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

OurLyric creates personalized songs. You answer a short questionnaire about someone, we write original lyrics from your answers and produce a complete song with vocals and music. Before paying, you can listen to a free preview of your song. If you purchase, you receive the full song as a downloadable audio file and a private page to play and share it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

3. Your answers and content

You are responsible for what you submit. Please only share information you have the right to share, and do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may decline to create a song, or remove content, if a request violates these Terms. Please don't include sensitive personal information (such as health, financial or government ID details) beyond what you're comfortable having in the song.

You give us permission to use your answers to write, produce, deliver and support your song.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we never see or store your full card details. Taxes or fees charged by your bank or card issuer, such as foreign transaction fees, are your responsibility.

5. Delivery

Delivery time depends on the option you choose at checkout. 30-Minute Delivery: your full song is available right after payment is confirmed, and always within 30 minutes. 48-Hour Delivery: your full song is delivered by email within 48 hours of payment. If you choose the lyrics keepsake, it is delivered with your song as a printable PDF. Delivery is digital only; nothing is shipped.

6. Revisions

If something isn't right, such as a mispronounced name or a detail you'd like changed, email us at hello@ourlyric.com and we'll revise your song free of charge. Revisions may result in a new recording of the song.

8. Rights to your song

Once paid, you may keep, play, download and share your song for personal, non-commercial purposes: gifts, family events, celebrations, memorials and personal social media posts. You may not resell the song, license it to others, or use it in advertising or commercial products without our written permission. Each song is created for you; similar musical styles or arrangements may appear in other songs, but your lyrics are written from your story.

The OurLyric name, logo, website and materials belong to us and may not be used without permission.

9. Previews

Free previews are offered for you to decide whether to purchase. Previews and songs that are not purchased may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it may occasionally be interrupted. We may update the Service, prices or these Terms; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your place of residence give you additional protection.
