30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. Email hello@ourlyric.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. No forms, no questions required.

Free revisions first, if you'd like

If something specific is off, like a name that's mispronounced or a detail you'd like changed, tell us and we'll revise your song for free. Asking for a revision doesn't affect your right to a refund within the 30 days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them, depending on your bank. Refunds are issued in US dollars; your bank's exchange rate or fees may make the final amount differ slightly from what you were charged.

Lyrics keepsake

If you bought the lyrics keepsake, it is refunded together with your song.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the full song and downloads is closed.
